It is used to sterilize fish and fish waste to be processed in fish meal and oil production facilities by cooking them at 95 C and to dissolve the oil in their tissues. It is produced in the capacity range of 20 to 1000 tons of fish/day. The cooker body and screw shaft are double-walled and have a steam envelope. Cooking time and rotation speed are adjusted by variator or stepless drive.
