Double Shaft Fish Oil Press

The fish cooked in the cooker comes to the oil press with carriers to separate the liquid and solid parts. The oil press separates the oil, water, and solid parts of the cooked fish by squeezing it with double shaft squeezing spirals. The solid part goes to the dryer as cake. The oil and water part goes to the decanter and separator with pumps and is stored in the raw fish oil tank.
Double Shaft Fish Oil Press; It consists of main body, product intake mouth, double shaft squeezing augers, inner sieves, lower liquid collection chamber, cake outlet mouth, motion system, motor and reducer.
Capacity : 50 tons/day to 1000 tons/day capacity.
Machine body and motor power are in different sizes according to daily capacity.
